Styling & Custom Tables

Let us help you create a space that feels just as special as the moment you’re celebrating. From florals to feature props, we’ll take care of the styling details so you can focus on the fun.

Styling to Suit You

We can style for a wide range of occasions including:
 

  • Baby Showers – soft pastels, neutrals, gender reveals, or themed palettes like “Teddy Bear Picnic” or “Little Star”
     

  • Engagement Parties – modern minimal, romantic florals, coastal luxe, or classic white-on-white
     

  • Milestone Birthdays – bold and bright, disco-inspired, earthy tones, or custom themes

Delivery & Arrival Time

We typically arrive 1.5 to 3 hours before your event depending on the scale of the setup and styling elements involved.

If your booking includes florals, large props, or a full themed setup, we may need additional time. We’ll confirm all timings with you prior to the day.

Delivery and styling fees are calculated based on your location, the number of styling elements, and any custom pieces. Your quote will include all of this up front.

Table & Surface Requirements

We style on your existing table or surface. If needed, we can assist with sourcing a suitable table, plinth, or display stand.Please make sure the space is clean, level, and set in place before our arrival.

For food styling, we bring all props needed to ensure the grazing table is both secure and visually balanced.

Setup Environment

Please ensure your styling area is clean, dry, and weather-protected.

For outdoor events, shade or cover is essential for delicate florals and styled props. Let us know if there are stairs, tight access, or venue bump-in restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

Pack Down & Collection

All styling elements and props will be collected after your event.

We’ll schedule a pack down time that works with your event and venue. A pack down or late-night collection fee may apply based on timing and location.
