Set Up & Delivery

Delivery & Arrival Time
 

  • Standard Setup Window: We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your event start time, depending on the size of the grazing table.
     

  • Delivery Fee: A delivery and setup fee applies and is based on location and table size. We’ll include this in your quote.

Table & Surface Requirements
 

  • Client-Provided Table: We do not provide tables unless previously arranged. Please ensure your table is sturdy, level, and can support the weight of a full grazing spread.
     

  • Preferred Table Width: Our standard grazing layout is designed for a minimum width of 60cm. For longer tables, we may increase the width slightly to allow for balanced styling and flow.
     

  • For tables exceeding 2.5m in length, expect the width to increase incrementally to maintain the full, abundant look we’re known for.
     

  • Table Height: Standard dining table height is preferred. We can also work with bar-height or buffet-style tables with notice.

​Table Protection & Styling:
 

  • We line all tables with food-safe parchment paper to protect surfaces and ensure easy cleanup.

 

  • Grazing tables are designed to be recyclable and eco-conscious, using minimal plastic and compostable accents where possible.
     

  • Our setup includes styling touches such as greenery, small risers, props, or signage (as arranged).

Setup Environment:
 

  • Please ensure the grazing area is clean, shaded, and away from direct sunlight, pets, and other elements.
     

  • If the event is outdoors, we recommend a shaded or covered area to help maintain food safety and visual presentation.
     

  • Access to the site should be cleared and ready at our arrival time to avoid delays.

Post-Event Cleanup:
 

  • Our grazing tables are designed to be left behind and enjoyed at your leisure. We do not stay for cleanup unless previously arranged.
     

  • We use biodegradable elements where possible to make cleanup easier for you.
     

  • If you'd like a pack down or clean-up service, please let us know in advance – additional charges apply.

Other Notes:
 

  • Allergies & Dietary Requirements: Let us know ahead of time so we can style your board accordingly (e.g., vegetarian or nut-free sections).
     

  • On-Site Restrictions: Please advise if there are stairs, limited access, or venue policies we should know about.
     

  • Last-Minute Changes: We understand things come up – but setup times, surfaces, or location changes may impact your final presentation and will need to be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.
